What our customers think:
The Coach Teri bag is valued for its stylish versatility that dresses up outfits while staying practical for everyday use. It has multiple detachable straps for shoulder or crossbody wear, a surprisingly roomy interior for phone keys and a small wallet, and beaded charms that shimmer. A few customers report loose stitching or strap latches coming undone, yet most enjoy the look, fit, and versatility that make it a favorite.

Very pleased with the service and the product. Ordered it for my granddaughters birthday. We were preparing to leave for a cruise and ordered it for her to have it on the cruise for her birthday. Checked tracking and it sat for several days, which was worrisome. I called and they informed me it must be lost and they would send another one. I asked if they could do anything to make sure we had it before we left on our trip. They sent out another one next day so that we could have it. Very impressed and my granddaughter loved it, and that is all that matters. Thanks for letting this Gigi make her granddaughter’s birthday special.
