What our customers think:
This Coach Laurel shoulder bag is valued for its versatile, elegant silhouette that fits daily essentials without looking bulky. Customers enjoy the soft smooth or pebbled leather, dual straps for shoulder or crossbody wear, organized interior pockets, zip closure, and flattering gold or gunmetal hardware. A few customers note a lingering chemical smell or occasional strap issues, yet most still call it a reliable and stylish everyday bag.

Love her!
I love her! Returned the black Allison for the LL pocket laurel and couldn't be happier. The dye job is so cool and unique. Love the exterior pockets and the silver hardware. I dont see myself wearing this crossbody, but I love that i have the strap option.
