What our customers think:
This Coach Hadley crossbody bag is valued for its tidy, timeless design and everyday versatility. Customers appreciate the compact yet roomy size, adjustable strap that converts between shoulder and crossbody wear, soft leather finishes, and colors that draw compliments. A few customers note shedding or that the top lacks a zipper, yet most say it feels stylish, comfortable, and perfectly practical for daily use.

Such a lovely bag, perfect fit for everyday things.
However, the hold clasps is loose and opens easily by itself without having to touch sometimes. Other than that it a perfect bag
